Time – 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 ½ cups pure organic all-purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoons brewer’s yeast
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed, ground to powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground to powder

  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, pure organic
  • 4 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
  • 1 ½ cups cane sugar
  • 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk

Direction

  1. Preheat the oven the 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Put the oats, flour, yeast, flaxseed, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and salt in a sizeable bowl and mix them well.
